SHIPPING 

Processing time usually takes 1 business day but may take up to 3 business days. Delivery times, depending on destination usually take anywhere between 1-2 weeks within the continental United States. In most cases, we offer discounted flat shipping rates that vary by item size, weight and destination. BedCo Furniture ships items within the continental US only. Unfortunately, no shipments can be made to PO Box addresses and United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States and Canada. Most orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS.  


MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES 

We can only ship to one address per order. 

 

BUSINESS DAYS AND HOLIDAYS 

 All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas


RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

  • If you  have changed your mind on an item, no problem. Just simply give us a call at 916-706-0500 or email in Bedcofurniture@gmail.com.


  • You may return and exchange new and unused products in their original packaging within the first 7 days since the date of purchase; a 25% restocking fee and a delivery fee will exclude from your original payment.


  • Item(s) already used and assembled or without original packaging does not qualify for the exchange and refund policy.


  • If your product is defective, you can only exchange it for the same product for free of charge within the first 7days since the date of receipt. Exchanging to a different product will be charged a 25% restocking fee.


  • Due to our fast delivery service, orders can only be canceled during the first 8 hours since the time of purchase. Cancellations after 8 hours will be charged a 25%  cancellation fee.


  • Cancellations are not allowed for Special Orders. No return or exchange for display and clearance items.


  • Customers are responsible for the measurements of items you wish to order. If the products you order cannot be delivered to the designated location at your residence due to      narrow doorways, staircases, or ceiling..., a 25% re-stocking fee and a $59.99 return fee will apply to those items if they need to be transferred  back to the warehouse. If you need assistance, please feel free to reach  out to us.


  • There is no return policy for mattresses. Please place your order accordingly. If you need advice which mattress is best for you, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.


  • By submitting your payment for items you have ordered, you are agreed and abided by BedCo Furniture Terms and Conditions which are stated above.
