Please review our store policies and terms of sale before making a purchase. These policies apply to eligible purchases made in-store or through our website, unless otherwise stated.

1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing a purchase at BedCo Furniture, you acknowledge the applicable policies and terms presented to you.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases, including their name, contact information, and applicable billing or delivery details.

BedCo Furniture reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, product unavailability, or other order-processing issues, subject to applicable law.

2. Final Sale Merchandise

The following merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law:

  • Special orders

  • Custom orders

  • Closeout and clearance merchandise

  • Floor models and display items

  • Merchandise sold AS IS

  • Mattresses

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selections, product specifications, colors, dimensions, and applicable terms before completing their purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for eligible orders must be submitted before merchandise is picked up or delivered.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Special orders and custom orders cannot be canceled once placed, except where required by law.

  • Once merchandise has been picked up or delivered, eligible requests are handled under our return policy rather than our cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to BedCo Furniture for review.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Regular furniture purchases may be eligible for return under certain conditions, subject to BedCo Furniture's approval.

For eligible regular furniture:

  • Prior authorization is required.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Merchandise must be in acceptable condition, without damage caused after receipt.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Original delivery and setup fees are generally nonrefundable.

  • Customers are responsible for applicable return transportation charges.

Final-sale merchandise is excluded from voluntary returns and exchanges.

These restrictions do not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws or valid warranties.
