Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for furniture currently in stock at our warehouse, depending on our delivery schedule.

All delivery dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.

Shipping Policy

WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS.

BedCo Furniture currently offers local furniture delivery to qualifying service areas and free in-store pickup at our Sacramento location. Nationwide shipping is not available.

Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be satisfied with their furniture purchases. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is requested.

Regular Furniture Returns

Returns on eligible regular furniture purchases may be considered under the following conditions:

  • All returns require prior approval from BedCo Furniture.

  • Merchandise must be in acceptable condition and free from damage caused after delivery or pickup.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Original delivery, transportation, and setup fees are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

  • Customers are responsible for applicable return transportation costs.

Returns are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Please contact our team before bringing merchandise back to our showroom.

This voluntary return policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws or manufacturer warranties.

Final Sale Merchandise

The following purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange due to a change of mind, except where required by law:

  • Special orders

  • Custom orders

  • Closeout and clearance items

  • Floor models and display merchandise

  • Items sold AS IS

  • Layaway purchases

  • Mattresses

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for eligible orders must be submitted before pickup or delivery.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Special and custom orders cannot be canceled once placed, except where required by law.

  • Orders already picked up or delivered are subject to our applicable return policy rather than our cancellation policy.

Furniture Inspection & Damage Claims

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect their furniture at the time of pickup or delivery.

Please check for visible damage, missing parts, or other concerns before signing your pickup or delivery acknowledgment.

Any visible issues should be reported to our team immediately.

If you discover concealed damage or a manufacturing defect after receiving your furniture, please contact us promptly with photos and proof of purchase.

Signing a delivery acknowledgment confirms receipt and acknowledgment of the merchandise's apparent condition. It does not waive applicable warranty rights or legal remedies.

Manufacturer Warranties & Defective Merchandise

Many of our furniture products include manufacturer warranties, with coverage varying by brand and product.

  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty assistance through BedCo Furniture.

  • Defective merchandise may require manufacturer inspection or approval.

  • Depending on the manufacturer's warranty, eligible defects may be addressed through repair, replacement, or another applicable remedy.

  • Delivery, transportation, and service charges may not be included in manufacturer warranty coverage.

  • Customers should contact BedCo Furniture before returning merchandise for warranty evaluation.

Manufacturer warranty terms and applicable consumer protection laws govern warranty-related claims.

Furniture Measurements & Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for confirming that their purchased furniture will fit inside their home and through all necessary entryways.

Before ordering, please measure doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, ceiling clearances, and the intended furniture placement area.

If furniture cannot be delivered because of insufficient clearance or access restrictions and must be returned to our warehouse, the following charges may apply:

  • 25% restocking fee

  • $50 return transportation/service fee

Fees are subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the delivery.

We encourage customers to contact our team for assistance reviewing furniture dimensions before purchasing.

Mattress Return Policy

ALL MATTRESS SALES ARE FINAL, whether purchased online or in-store, except where required by law or applicable warranty terms.

Mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged due to comfort preferences or a change of mind.
