RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

⦁ 1-ALL SALES ARE FINAL with NO right to Cancel on Special Orders, Custom Orders, Closeouts, Floor Models, AS IS items, & Lay Away Sales.
⦁ 2-ALL Cancellations have to be made prior to pick up or delivery and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
⦁ Cancellations are not allowed for Special Orders. No return or exchange for display and clearance items.
⦁ 3-Customers have to inspect all merchandise at pick up/delivery and notify us of any defects. Once Customer signs off on their order we are no longer responsible for any damage claims.
⦁ 4-Defective out of box picked up products must be returned in the same condition as acquired and will be returned to its manufacturer for exchange or repair under warranty if applicable.

⦁ 5-Proof of Purchase required for any type of Warranty Claim (NO EXCEPTIONS)
⦁ 6-Transportation/Shipping fees or when applicable service fees are not covered under warranty.
Customers are responsible for the measurements of items you wish to order. If the products you order cannot be delivered to the designated location at your residence due to narrow doorways, staircases, or ceiling..., a 25% restocking fee and a $50 service fee will apply to those items if they need to be transferred back to the warehouse. If you need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
There is no return policy for mattresses (online or in-person purchase). Please place your order accordingly. If you need advice on which mattress is best for you, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
