Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
⦁ 1-ALL SALES FINAL with NO right to Cancel on Special Orders, Custom Orders, Closeouts, Floor Models, AS IS items, & Lay Away Sales.
⦁ 2-ALL Cancellations have to be made prior to pick up or delivery and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
⦁ Cancellations are not allowed for Special Orders. No return or exchange for display and clearance items.
⦁ 3-Customers have to inspect all merchandise at pick up/delivery and notify us of any defects. Once Customer signs off on their order we are no longer responsible for any damage claims.
⦁ 4-Defective out of box picked up products must be returned in the same condition as acquired and will be returned to its manufacturer for exchange or repair under warranty if applicable.
⦁ 5-Lay-Away is for 90 days only and must be paid in full before the last day in order to not lose any deposits.
⦁ 6-Proof of Purchase required for any type of Warranty Claim (NO EXCEPTIONS)
⦁ 7-Transportation/Shipping fees or when applicable service fees are not covered under warranty.
⦁ 8-Online Orders- Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
⦁ We are not responsible for late packages or if you input the wrong address.
⦁ 9- We do not ship items on weekend or holidays since the post office are closed those days.
⦁ 10-Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
⦁ 11- We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
There is no return policy for mattresses (online or in-person purchase). Please place your order accordingly. If you need advice which mattress is best for you, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Email address, mailing address, payment information, et cetera) given to us is kept with us, only used in order for you to purchase your favorite products and for us to ship them to you in the most efficient way we can. Bedco Furniture does not and will not request sensitive information (ie. Racial or ethnic background, political views, religious views, et cetera) through our online services. Products displayed on our site may or may not be available in other stores, and will only be available (in such as well as on our web store) while supplies last in our online boutique. Prices displayed are quoted in U.S. Dollars (“$” or “USD”).We make every effort we can to accurately record and display product descriptions, in what detail we can, but some details may differ slightly or be left out, inadvertently, especially when compared to any photographic representations of products on our site. We also make every effort to capture product imagery and color, in attempt to display it as accurately as possible on our site. Due to this, we cannot guarantee completely accurate display of product images and color on our website.

Condiciones de le Tienda y Venta
⦁ 1-TODA VENTA ES FINAL con NINGUN derecho a Cancelar en Ordenes Especiales, Closeouts, AS IS ventas, y Systema de Apartado.
⦁ 2-Toda Cancelacion tiene que hacerce antes de levantar/entregar el producto y sera sujeta a una multa de cancelacion de 25%.
⦁ 3-Clientes deven inspeccionar el producto cuando lo levante/entrega y notificarnos de cualquier defecto. Ya que el Cliente firme por su orden nosotros ya no somos responsables por cualquier reclamo.
⦁ 4-Defectos en productos que sean levantados en caja tienen que ser regresados en la misma caja y seran regresados a la manifactura para ser cambiado o reparado bajo garantia si es aplicable.
⦁ 5-Lay-Away es por 90 dias y debe ser pagado en su totalidad antes del ultimo dia de plazo para no perder su dinero.
⦁ 6-Comprobante de Compra es requerido para cualquier reclamo de garantia (NO HAY EXCEPCIONES).
⦁ 7-Transportes/Pago por envio no estan cubiertos por las garantias.
